1. Introduction

Welcome to APHD Channel (“Platform,” “Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our website, mobile applications, and all related services.

By creating an account, subscribing, accessing, or using APHD Channel in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please discontinue all use of the Platform immediately.

 

2. Account Registration & User Responsibilities

2.1 Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use paid services.
  • Users under 18 must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian.
  • You agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and kept updated.

 

2.2 Account Security

  • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Any activity under your account is assumed to be yours.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.

2.3 Personal Use Only

Accounts and subscriptions may not be shared, transferred, resold, or used for commercial purposes.

 

3. Subscription & Payment

3.1 Plans & Pricing

  • APHD Channel operates on a subscription-based model, with plans starting at RM9.90/month.
  • Pricing may be revised from time to time. Users will be notified in advance before any price changes take effect.

3.2 Payment Processing

Payments for subscriptions may be processed through:

  • Authorized third-party payment gateways, or
  • In-App Purchase (IAP) systems provided by Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

By subscribing through any method, you authorize us — or the relevant app store — to charge the subscription fees to your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

3.3 App Store & Google Play Billing

If you subscribed using Apple App Store or Google Play Store:

  • Billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed directly by the respective app store.
  • Refund requests must be submitted through the app store, subject to Apple/Google policies.
    We do not have authority to process or approve refunds for IAP purchases.

3.4 Refund Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or by app store policies.
  • Canceling your subscription prevents future charges but does not refund the current billing period.

3.5 Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing date.
Auto-renewal settings can be managed via:

  • Your APHD account (for website payments), or
  • Your Apple App Store / Google Play subscription settings (for IAP payments).

 

4. Content Usage & Restrictions

4.1 License to Use

APHD Channel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and stream content solely for personal, non-commercial use.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

  • Share, copy, record, or redistribute any content from the Platform.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access, download, or manipulate content.
  • Upload, distribute, or engage with illegal or unauthorized content.
  • Circumvent or attempt to bypass any digital security or access control measures.
  • Violate copyright or any intellectual property rights.

Violation of these restrictions may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.

 

5. Content Management & Availability

5.1 Content Changes

We may add, remove, modify, or restrict access to any content on the Platform at any time due to:

  • licensing issues,
  • operational reasons,
  • legal requirements,
  • curatorial decisions.

You acknowledge that content availability may change without prior notice.

5.2 Streaming Quality

Streaming quality may vary depending on:

  • device capability,
  • internet connection speed,
  • network conditions.

We do not guarantee any specific streaming resolution or performance.

5.3 Parental Guidance

Certain content may not be suitable for minors. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising the content accessed by underage users.

 

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All videos, images, text, graphics, logos, branding, features, and technology on APHD Channel are owned or licensed by us and are protected under Malaysian and international intellectual property laws.

Users do not acquire any ownership rights through the use of the Platform. Any unauthorized copying, redistribution, reproduction, or commercial use of APHD content is strictly prohibited.

6.1 Use of Third-Party Materials (Fair Use Notice)

Some content on APHD Channel may include limited references or excerpts of third-party materials for purposes such as commentary, analysis, education, or reporting.
Any such use is intended to comply with applicable copyright laws and principles, including exceptions and permitted uses under those laws.

APHD Channel does not claim ownership of any third-party materials referenced within our content. All rights remain with their respective copyright holders.
If any copyright owner believes their material has been used inappropriately, they may contact us for review and resolution.

 

7. Service Availability & Limitations

7.1 Platform Access

We aim to provide uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime.

7.2 Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to:
